How a Slice of the Nature Coast Became a Local Legend

Our Story

What started as a small riverside marina has grown into one of the Nature Coast’s most beloved waterfront destinations. Our family fell in love with Yankeetown’s timeless beauty — the winding river, moss-draped oaks, and warm Gulf breeze — and we knew this was a place worth sharing.
Over the years, we’ve transformed this property into a full-service RV resort and yacht club, complete with deep-water boat slips, a concrete boat ramp, campground, bait shop, fuel dock, and tiki bar.

Through every upgrade, we’ve kept one goal in mind:

“To offer the same genuine, laid-back hospitality that made Old Florida special.”

What Makes Us Different

At Old Florida RV Resort & Yacht Club, we’re not just a place to stay — we’re a community of boaters, campers, and locals who love the water and the lifestyle that comes with it.
Here’s what sets us apart:

Full-Hookup RV Sites under the shade of live oaks

Deep-Water Marina & Boat Slips with Gulf access

Public Concrete Boat Ramp open daily

Bait, Fuel & Supply Store on-site

Waterfront Tiki Bar & Live Music every weekend

Family-Owned & Operated — local people, not a corporate chain

“We believe in doing business the old-fashioned way — with honesty, heart, and hospitality.”

To Keep “Old Florida” Alive

Our Mission

We’re proud to provide a relaxing, scenic, and welcoming escape where visitors can unplug, reconnect, and experience the charm that made this coast famous.
Whether you’re boating out to the Gulf, fishing off the dock, or enjoying a cocktail at sunset, you’ll find peace, beauty, and genuine connection here.

Our mission is simple:
To protect and celebrate the authentic spirit of Florida’s Nature Coast — one guest, one boat, and one sunset at a time.
